The Ghana Police is currently on a manhunt for dancehall artiste Shatta Wale following an alleged reported gun attack which went viral on social media on Monday.
News hit social media on Monday 18th October 2021 that the dancehall artiste had been shot and struggling for his life.
The police has launched an investigation into the matter by contacting some close friends and family to find out the truth in the news.
“[But] all of them claim not to have knowledge of his whereabouts or the alleged incident,” the Ghana Police Service stated in a press release.
The press release further disclosed that a team were deployed to his residence but met his absence.
The police are therefore pleading with the general public to help with information about his where about.
