Report gathered by Pinaxnews.com indicates that the Ghana Police Service are looking for the whereabouts of sensational dancehall artiste Shatta Wale after news went viral on most media platforms on Monday, October 18, 2021 that he has been assaulted by obscure shooters.
The performer was reported to be fighting for his dear life at an obscure emergency clinic after the alleged attack.
However, in a quick work to discover the news, the police dispatched examinations concerning the matter, reaching dear loved ones just to confirm the news.
A group was sent to his home however he was not found. As per the police, searches in emergency clinics in Accra have not yielded any ideal outcomes.
The police are, in this way, approaching general society to give any data concerning the whereabouts of Shatta Wale. This is what the Police Service had to say on their Facebook page;
”Police Investigates Claims of Shooting Incident Involving Shatta WaleThe attention of the Police has been drawn to the widely circulated news on the alleged gunshot-attack on one Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale
.On hearing the news, the police have launched an investigation into the matter including making contacts with some of his close friends and family members and all of them claim not to have knowledge of his whereabouts or the alleged incident.
A team has visited the house of Shatta Wale and he cannot be found there.Over the last few hours, the Police have searched and continue to look for Shatta Wale at hospitals in Accra.
Whilst we continue our investigations, the Police is appealing to the public to provide any information concerning the whereabouts of Shatta Wale to the numbers 18555, 191 and 0302773906”
