With quite a number of people calling out his name when the time had come to present the award to the Artiste Of The Year at the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, KiDi felt was of the believe that he had won it all.
Indeed, amazingly and to the stun of many, he could not win the award on the grounds that gospel artist, Diana Antwi Hamilton left with the most pined for prize on the evening.
After the disappointment, Pinaxnews.com has chanced on a video that shows the sad moment the popular artist who is referred to in private life as Dennis Nana Dwamena left the hall with a wrecked heart.
Despite the fact that KiDi won four honors including, Afrobeats/Afropop Artist of the Year, EP of the year, Highlife melody of the year, and Afrobeats/Afropop Song of the Year, it seems he needed to seal everything with the Artiste Of The Year.
In any case, that was unrealistic as the ”Say Cheese” hit maker was seen strolling quick out of the auditorium with his head down.
