Nine bodies have been retrieved from flooded galamsey pit by rescue team at Gbane in the Talensi District of the Upper East Region but unfortunately three more bodies have gone missing. The police has confirmed that nine of the miners who were trapped in the galamsey pit were pronounced dead by medics.
