The Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced that beginning on 4th January 2021 the outfit will not allow anybody who has not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 on it premises. 19 days after his wedding a man identified as Onwe Philip Ogenyi from Ebonyi State has died in a motorcycle shortly after his wife gave birth to their first child.
