Ghanaians have descended heavily on actress and movie producer Yvonne Nelson for creating a Gofundme account for colleague actress who lost all her properties to fire outbreak few days ago.
Some Ghanaians have said that the celebrity tag is useless if the celebrities can help a colleague whenever challenges erupt.
They have said that it would be nice if the celebs in Ghana help raise funds for the actress instead of opening a Gofundme account and asking the general public to raise the money.
Some have questioned how people who are not celebrities survive difficult situations like that of Beverly’s without asking the world for any funds.
A cross section of Ghanaians who commented on the actress’s post expressed disappointment in her for failing to help a colleague but instead resorted to begging.
