As per report gathered, Alhaji Sharubutu left to be with his maker on Monday, July 12, 2021, with the reason for death not yet known.
The Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia,on Wednesday,July 14, 2021 paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Imam to sympathize with him and the family at his Fadama home.
In the mean time, the third-day adua (memorial service prayers) will be observed at New Fadama on Thursday, July 15, 2021 which happens to be today. Alhaji Sharubutu, until his end, was the driver for the Chief Imam.
