The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has said that despite the numerous challenges the country is faced with it still remain a lucky country.
In a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina on Friday, titled ”Despite our challenges we’re still a lucky country, says President Buahri, the President revealed that the country is lucky.
In the statement the President urged leader to respect the people from lowest to the highest so that it will become a duty of the people to pay the leaders back.
He went on to say that the country is lucky and for that reason they should congratulate themselves because there are challenges that could have torn the country apart yet it still stands on its feet.
”Respect for the people, according to the President should come in allowing them to choose who they like as their leaders, irrespective political party or religion”, the statement read.
