Suspended National Democratic Congress (NDC) member, Stephen Atubiga has said that the major opposition party in Ghana is gradually losing its ideology and rather breeding criminals. He said the party has moved away from the social democratic party that it used to be by raising prices of filing fees which makes people steal when they are voted into office.
