According to her, its very rude for people to do that and that black people know their hair is strange and not straight and silky like the whites but that doesnt give them the opportunity to touch the hair
She claim she and her daughter had a walk and a white woman passed by them, before she could say anything, the lady just pompom-ed her daughter’s hair several times which she found offensive.
