Liverpool In Serious Talks With Mohamed Salah Over Signing On New Contract

Liverpool are currently in talks with Mohamed Salah over another agreement at Anfield that would look to expand his stay at the club for up to two additional years beyond 2023.

Liverpool, albeit generally calm on the transfer, have been occupied with new agreements this late spring and have effectively secured some contract extensions with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson, Fabinho and Virgil van Dijk to keep center pieces of their title winning squad in one piece.

Mohamed Salah signed contract soon after representing Egypt at the 2018 World Cup and has seen his pay increase by rewards that have been set off by Liverpool’s on-field accomplishment.

Conversations over another contract have been normal for quite a while yet the issue was brought into the open at the end of the week when Salah’s long-term consultant and agent Remy Abbas Issa posted a scarcely camouflaged message to the club when Mohamed Salah scored against Norwich.

”I hope they’re watching.”

Mohamed Salah’s present agreement is worth £200,000 each week yet it is said that Liverpool have monetary cutoff points and aren’t ready to disregard the pay structure that has supported their new achievement.

It is said also that Liverpool authorities believes that Salah has the right to be paid as per his status as one of the world’s best players, yet Liverpool as of now have the second most elevated compensation bill in the Premier League and have been altogether influenced by the Covid pandemic.
