Former member of Parliament for Tema East, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus Glover has applauded the Ghana Police Service for acting swiftly in ambushing some five armed robbers at Shiashie in Accra.
He says the police did a good job by following up on the information that was given them regarding the operation of the robbers at Shiashie.
He made this comment after the police shot three notorious armed robbers identified as Akika Christian Roberts, Alhassan and Alhaji who had been on police wanted list.
The incident took place at Opeibea, near airport with two other accomplice arrested on Tuesday 9th August, 2021.
Two others who didn’t die during the shoot out with the police were arrested.
Mr. Glover urged the police never to rest in their fight against crime in Ghana.
