The Ashanti Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sam Pyne has said that owing from the utterances of the #fixthecountry demonstrators, the movement will soon turn into a political party.
He asked the campaigners of the #fixthecountry campaigners which political party in Ghana is the option for Ghanaians if they claim NPP and NDC are not the option.
“I can assure you that after this round, they will form a political party; mark it!!! If you claim both the NDC and the NPP are not options which political party is?”, he quizzed.
Speaking on Peace FM’s ”Kokrokoo’ show he advised the protestors not to use hatred and envy when addressing issues.
Meanwhile on 4th August the protestors hit the street to make their grievances known to the government of the day.
