A few days ago, Nollywood Actor Richard Mofe Damijo made several headlines after he shockingly revealed that non of his parents lived to be 60 years.

According to the Actor, his parents were diabetic and Hypertensive. His mother died at the age of 59 years while his father died 57/58 years so for him breaking the cycle and turning 60 years means life just got started.
He further reveled that in order to maintain his health and not suffer like his parent, he always maintain a strict diet. The actor turns 60 years today the 7th of July and has flooded social media with stunning pictures of himself.
