Founder and leader of the All People’s Congress (APC) Hassan Ayariga has expressed that the National Security has evolved into criminal gangs who haven’t been brought to book despite the number of crimes committed.
He says men and women from the state security are jeopardizing the nations reputation by attacking the citizens with the weapons meant to be used in protecting them.
Hassan Ayariga also alleged that some security personnel abuse power given them just to forcefully take lands which are not their from citizens.
Even so called operatives of the National Security have turned themselves into criminal gangs and are criminally attacking citizens in an effort to loot and plunder whatever they can lay their hands on being it gold, land and money,” he stated at a press briefing in Accra on Tuesday June 29, 2021.
He added that some security men in uniforms are grabbing people’s land forcefully using state power to carry such disgraceful act and no one is saying anything.
