Latest report gathered by Pinaxnews.com indicates that the Ghana Police have mounted a quest for one recognized suspect from the inhumane attack on a bullion van heist in Accra which led to the death of a police officer and 2 civilians.
According to the Ghana report, an Accra Circuit has given the warrant for the capture of Hakam, prevalently known as ”Red Devil”.
Similarly as his name proposes, Hakam is a critical individual from the armed robbers who didn’t stop for a second in life of of Constable Emmanuel Osei with badge No.58449 G/.
The identified suspect ‘Hakam’ is fair in complexion and has a tattoo on the right hand that stretches from his shoulder to his lower arm. Another tattoo is implanted on his chest as photographs show him in a white singlet and a pair of jeans. He is believed to be hiding either in Tamale, Yendi, Kumasi, Accra or Tema.
