Some illegal migrants have been arrested by the police in Nandom in the Upper West Region of Ghana. According to a police statement, on Wednesday 17th August 2021, the Vigilante patrol team ceased thirty-five undocumented immigrants at the Nandom Hospital junction. These thirty-five immigrants were said to have sneaked into Ghana through unapproved means and routes. They seemed to be targeting Greater Accra Region, Kumasi and Suyani.
