Member of Parliament for Juaboso constituency who doubles as the Ranking Member of the Health Committee of Parliament, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh has said that the health Minister's decision before the purchase of infamous Sputnik V Vaccine is harmful to the interest of the countr.
