News reaching us is that a man in his 30s has been knocked down at Lapaz around the Nii Boye road. According to an Angel FM, reporter, the pedestrian was knocked down by a speeding vehicle and refused to stop to help the victim. A video that has surfaced online has the victim lying in pain in a pool of blood on the ground helplessly. His leg is reported to have been broken and some through the accident. The Ghana ambulance service are urged to go to the aid of the helpless man. SEE PHOTO BELOW;

The police have arrested two suspected kidnappers Abdul Saeed and Kudjo AKorlor from a hideout at Abeka Lapaz in Accra after rescuing one of their kidnap victims (name withheld). Before their arrest, the suspected kidnappers asked that the victim's elder sister pays them a sum of one thousand Ghana cedis of which she did through mobile money transfer but they still demanded for more before releasing the victim. She called the police who managed to rescue the victim as well as arrest the kidnappers from a hideout. …
