The 46th US President Joe Biden has declared his intentions to transfer power or hand over his Presidency to his Vice Chairperson Kamala Harris
He is said to do this as he under goes a Procedures meant for every USA President who comes into power to check their Health Status and detect if their is a possibility of an early stage of cancer. This is term as Colonoscopy where by a machine is used to detect an early stage of cancer in the human Body.
