Chief Inspector James Tey who is the station Officer at Osiem Police Station in the Eastern Region of Ghana has died in a ghastly accident at Akuse with his wife. The accident was said to have occurred near the Government Hospital at Akuse, eye witnesses say the vehicle was found in a cannel after the incident.
