On Sunday afternoon, 15th August 2021, fire gutted the studios of Angel FM, which happens to be a subsidiary of the Angel Broadcasting Network. Fortunately personnel of the Ghana Fire Service arrived at the scene to quench the fire that burnt down one of the studios and the Master Control Room (MCR) department of the station.
