Previous Northern Local Executive of the New Energetic Party(NPP) Mr.Daniel Bugri Naabu has said that casting a ballot John Mahama into power implies bringing back "dumsor" back into the country.Review that during the time of the previous leader of Ghana, John Mahama, there were monstrous blackouts in Ghana which caused a great deal of harm, particularly to the organizations of many individuals.
