Government To Ban Use Of ‘Aboboya’ From Ist November 2021
Tricycles popularly known in Ghana as 'Aboboya' will soon fade out on the principal street of Accra as the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Henry Quartey announced that its restrictions on the street of Accra will commence on November 1, 2021.
This directive will begin on the Tema Motorway in Accra.
The Minister noted that from 1st November the tricycle will not be allowed to ply the Tema Motoway.
