A message that has fast circulated on social media has the Russian President addressing the President of Ghana and congratulating Ghanaians on our 65th Independence celebration.
In the message from President Putin to Ghana he wished the President of Ghana good health, happiness and success to all his compatriots.
In a post by the Russian Embassy in Accra, it stated that the Russian President had sent a congratulatory message to Ghana on the occasion of the 65th Independence celebration.
