Controversial dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has admitted that God plays a significant role in his career but says he will not pay tithe.
Shatta Wale speaking about his career success said “It is God because the voice of the people is the voice of God”.
Stressing on the above mentioned quote Shatta Wale noted that it is the reason he appreciates his followers.
He went on to say; “People say a whole of things about me but what you think of me, others don’t see it that way … there is someone, somewhere who wants to supports Shatta Wale regardless so when I go somewhere, those spirits come together.”
The ‘Melissa’ hitmaker noted that he would rather spray money on the street for his fans than to offer it as tithe to a Church.
“I have told myself that any day the tithe that I will take to church, I will rather spray it on the streets,” he mentioned.
