No Vaccination No Entry: Lydia Forson Questions Gov’t on Availability of Vaccines

Recall that the government through the Deputy Minister of Tourism Arts and Culture, Mr. Mark Okreku Mantey announced that during the festive season in 2021, anyone who do not get vaccinated will not be allowed to enter event centers.

He stated that this is government’s move to ensure that the covid-19 is contained even during the festive season.

Actress Lydia Forson is wondering if government can sustained this measure by questioning it on whether it has enough vaccines.

In a tweet she wrote; I just read that they’re making vaccination mandatory in some sectors and proof of vaccination may even be required before entry to some events. My question is, do we have enough vaccines available to enforce such rules?

Apparently the actress feels the government will get stuck at a point as a result of lack of vaccines.
