The National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Henry Nana Boakye well known as Nana B has descended on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) following their response towards Dr. Bawumia’s digitalization agenda in transforming the country’s economy.
Recall that on 2nd November the Vice President of Ghana Dr. Bawumia held a public lecture at Ashesi University to speak on government’s digitalization agenda which he says will help in transforming the country’s economy.
Responses from the National Democratic Congress isn’t that of supportive response but one that is scruffy, conflicting and drifted into personal attacks.
Nana B who was responding to reactions from the NDC has warned them to stop exposing their ignorance on the digitalization subject.
“It’s quite shocking that the NDC that have proven, overtime, to be clueless and bankrupt in knowledge and understanding of digitization and digitalization could gather confidence to speak against the unprecedented digital infrastructure being built by this government to make life very simple and easy for Ghanaians,” he stated.
“it’s trite knowledge that the NDC is incompetent in the field of digital technology. In 2016 and 2020 elections, they couldn’t put up a system to collate their results — such a basic exercise that a first year IT student could have done with such ease, the incompetent NDC couldn’t do it”. he added.
He therefore advised the general public to be cautious of the lies and cooked up stories by the NDC on government’s digitalization policy.
