President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo will on Monday begin his two-day tour of the Central Region which forms a part of his annual visit of the 16 Regions in the country.
Inspection of ongoing road projects, commissioning and inspection of projects under Government’s 1-District1-Factory initiative will form part of his tour.
As part of his tour the President will have an interaction with traditional leaders in various communities which he will tour.
Engineering laboratories and workshops constructed by the Ministry of Education and the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training will be inspected by the President on Monday 18th October 2021.
He will cut the sod for the construction of the Assin Praso-Assin Fosu road project in the Assin Central constituency. He will also cut the sod for the construction of Nyankomasi Ahenkro to Assin Jakai Cocoa road.
He will pay a courtesy call on chiefs of Hemang Lower Denkyira on Tuesday 19th October. He will cut sod for the construction of the Hemang-Nsutem Cocoa Road as well as commissioning Central Oil Mills.
The President will commission some projects which includes health facility, library, and the Museum of Effutu culture in Winneba.
