Nigerian entrepreneur and social media personality Laura Ikeji has drawn the attention of her fans to some of the sexism she faces in real life.
In a post on her Instagram handle she revealed that whenever she goes out for a walk with her husband all she keeps hearing is people greeting her husband while they avoid her as though she doesn’t exist.
In her post she questioned her fans on why women are almost always relegated.
Many social media folks who have reacted to her post have said that people assume that when they greet the man its for the two instead of greeting twice.
Could there be a special reason why Laura isn’t being recognized?
