Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama will begin a nationwide thank you tour on 17th August, 2021 to thank all Ghanaians for voting for him in the 2020 general election.
The former President will begin the tour from Bolgatanga, the Upper East Regional capital then continue to Walewale in the North East Region and further to Temale in the Northern Region.
Mr. Mahama who will be accompanied by National Executives of the NDC will also visit Savanah and Upper West Regions under the first phase of his ‘thank you tour’ programme.
The former President will also meet with chiefs and Queen mothers, hold meetings with religious and opinion leaders, address regional and constituency executives and also interact with the media as part of his tour.
