On Monday August 16, 2021 some parts of Accra will experience power outage.

A message from the Electricity Company of Ghana on Sunday stated that the power interruption is to enable the Electricity Company to embark on a maintenance exercise in the affected areas.
Areas that will be affected are according to the statement Tseado, New England, Adjirigano, Airport Hills, Martey Tsuru and Trantra Hills.
The lights will go off from 10:00AM to 4:00PM on Monday 16th August 2021.
The ECG expressed regret for the inconvenience that may arise during this exercise.
