Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong has clapped back at colleague MP, Alhassan Suhuyini for raising the issue of his threat and asking the speaker of Parliament to refer him to the Privileges Committee.
The Assin Central MP says Suhuyini hasn’t been able to achieve anything in life as an individual and for that reason wants to set Ghana on fire.
He made this comment after Suhuyini raised the attention of Parliament’s House regarding Mr. Agyapong’s threat against Erastus Asare Donkor, a Multimedia journalist.
Reacting to Suhuyini’s request for him to be referred to the Privileges Committee on Oman FM on Thursday he used some unprintable waords to describe his colleague noting that the police and media cannot be used to gag him.
”I want to insult. He is a foolish MP, Suhuyini is stupid. He hasn’t achieved anything in life so he wants to burn Ghana. I’m so disappointed in him. He uses everything for politics. The Privileges Committee is made up of human beings or they think being an MP is all I have, they think being an MP is the only thing I rely on. If they remove Parliament, I will continue to say the truth, no one can stop me”, he stated.
He added that the owner of Joy FM told him that the staff are sabotaging the government because the NPP party isn’t taking care of them.
