Deputy National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Edem Agbana has said that the party organized its just ended demonstration to act as a wake up call to the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo.

According to him the current government has been insensitive towards the cries of Ghanaians as far as atrocities in the country are concerned.

He went on to say that the president is quick to react to issues happening miles away like the Notre Dome and George Flyod’s case but slow to react on brutalities happening under his administration.

He stressed that how a leader reacts to issues under his watch depicts how much the people ean to him or her.

He described the manner in which Nana Addo reacts to issues happening under his watch as ‘poor’.

The Deputy National Youth Organizer made this comment on TV3’s New Day show prior to the demonstration and said the party is marching for justice for Macho Kaaka who was murdered in Ejura in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
