Fuel Prices Expected To Shoot Up By About 2% From Thursday

Fuel prices in Ghana are expected to shoot up starting from Thursday 1st July 2021.

According to report this is as a result of rising price of crude oil on the international market despite government increasing prices in the country not long ago.

The bulk oil distribution companies willing to sell to the OMC from coming Thursday have come up with new price list.

Reports indicates that a litre of diesel and petrol will be increased by 2%. This clearly means a litre of petrol will be sold at Ghs6.33 pesewas.

But for a gallon of both petrol and diesel, it will be sold at Ghs28.48.

The big question is that will transport fares also see an increase again?
