Member of Parliament for Tema West Constituency, Carlos Ahenkorah has said that Africa is still where it is today because the continent lacks knowledge and technology to mine its natural resources.

Speaking on UTV’s Adekye Nsroma he noted that a country like Niger has discovered Uranium yet cannot extract it.
He noted that because France has the technology and knowledge, it will run to Niger to extract it immediately.
He strongly believes that if the continent has all the knowledge and technology it would have been able to move far ahead owing from the resources it has been blessed with.
