Three cars have reported collided on the Gomoa Okyere Junction leaving about 29 people seriously injured.

According to reports the incident happened at around 5pm on Sunday 6th June 2021.
The three cars which include a Sprinter bus filled with passengers from Kaneshie heading to cape coast with registration number GW 5156-21, a Toyota salon car with registration number GT1330-12 also heading towards Kasoa and a Kia Riano was also heading to Accra.
The Kia vehicle was said to be overtaking the the Toyota car but unfortunately crashed with the Sprinter bus causing the severe accident.
The Sprinter bus was said to have had 27 passengers on board.
Although no lives were lost, the driver of the Toyota vehicle lost one eye.
