Latest report picked up from the world of football indicates that a 21-year-old young man has been charged after Chelsea FC reported racist and hostile to Semitic tweets. The young man who has since been identified as Nathan Blagg, from Retford, Nottinghamshire, is blamed for seven counts of sending hostile messages by open the use of public communication network.
