Controversial E-Levy Passed Amidst Minority Walk Out

On Tuesday, 29th March 2022, the 8th Parliament of Ghana passed the E-Levy. According to reports the insistence of the Majority in Parliament to pass the Levy led to the minority walking out of Parliament even before the bill was passed.
