A social media activist and #Fixthecountry campaigner, Kaaka Anyass Ibrahim popularly known as Macho Kaaka is reported to have passed away after he was attacked by a mob on the 25th of June in Ejura in the Ashanti Region.
According to reports, Kaaka died this after while receiving treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. Per the reports coming in, on the dawn of 25th June 2021 at 1:30 am, As Kaaka was walking home unkown that he would be attacked, a mob out of no where spranged up from the deep darkness and started attacking him.
They hit his head with clubs and Stone multiple times and it seems their goal was to kill him instantly. He is said to have shouted for help which drew the attention of some residence of Sabonline, a Zongo community in Ejura but the witnesses arrived too late as Macho was unconscious when he was found.
He was quickly rushed to the Ejura Sekyeredumase District hospital but the staffs coulnt do anything due to the level of Injuries so he was immediately put in an Ambulance and sent to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital In Kumasi where he was immediately scheduled for surgery d to remove clotted blood from dome fissures in his Cranium.
A press statement has since been released and Ghanaians are really devasted by the News. Celebrities have taken to social media to drop their various opinions.
