Famous Ghanaian counselor, Cyril George Lutterodt has reacted to Hon. Alban Bagbin’s comment on the influx of telenovelas in the country.
According to Alban Bagbin, the proliferation of telenovelas in the country is destroying the morals of most Ghanaian women as well as destroying the Ghanaian culture.
Speaking in an interview on Peace FM, Counselor Lutterodt has shared a different opinion as far as the influx of telenovela is concerned.
He says some women have also benefited from the telenovelas owing from how it has helped shape their lives. Lutterodt also mentioned that the telenovelas can’t destroy Ghana’s culture because after it is aired, a panel discussion is done as far as the novela is concerned in a bid to compare and contrast to Ghana’s culture.
He noted that because of the above mentioned it will not in anyway destroy anything in Ghana.
