The 2020 Presidential candidate on the ticket of the Liberal Party of Ghana, Mr. Percival Kofi Akpaloo has said that members of the NDC are publicly ashamed to be associated with the party.
Speaking on Wontumi Radio, he noted that after the party ruling Ghana for decades he has observed that people who join the party have traits of violence in them.
According to the former Presidential candidate, anyone who hates violence can never be a part of the largest opposition party in the country.
In view of the violent nature of the NDC, Mr. Akpaloo says most members of the party are ashamed to be called a member of the party because of the violent nature of the party hence members vote secretly in favour of it during elections.
”People who publicly declare their membership with the NDC are mostly terrorists and the violent type”, Mr. Akpaloo stated in an interview on Wontumi Radio.
He strongly believes that many people are ashamed to publicly pronounce their membership in public but vote for it in secret.
He added that unlike the NDC, people publicly declare their membership with the NPP thus wondering where the NDC gets its massive votes from during elections.
