According to sources, the renter originally signed the lease with the intention of utilizing the house as a personal residence. Neighbors quickly became suspicious as big gatherings, loud music, and increased traffic became commonplace at the address. After receiving multiple complaints, local authorities initiated an inquiry that revealed the entire scope of the operation. The tenant had converted the space into a fully functional nightclub, replete with a dance floor, DJ booth, and professional lighting.
