30% Has Been Has Been Taken Of My Salary To Fix The Ailing Economy

• President Nana has made a revelation on how he intends to combat the economic crisis in Ghana.

• He has disclosed that his salary has been reduced by 30% to fight suffering in the country.

• The President says all his minister and appointees will follow suit.

During his speech at Independence Square during this year’s Eid Ul Adha celebration, President of the Republic of Ghana Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo mentioned that his pay had been reduced by 30% to help the country’s economic situation.

He stated in his speech that all ministers and government appointees will likewise see a 30 percent pay cut.

Meanwhile the country has returned back to the IMF for an economic bailout.
