The President of Ghana, Nana Akufo—Addo has showered praises on God for helping him win both the 2016 and 2020 elections.
President Nana Addo says his victory in the 2016 election and the 2020 election is a testimony of God’s plan for his life.
President Nana Addo who was speaking at the Museum of the Bible’s inaugural Africa lecture organized at the Museum of the Bible (Motb) in Washington DC mentioned that he ahead of the 2016 election he committed the election in the hands of God by declaring the election to Ghanaians as ‘the battle is the lords’.
He went on to say by God’s grace he won the election.
” I have been in the maelstrom of public life in Ghana for 45 years, that is most of my adult life. I had been dissatisfied with the condition of life of the majority of our people, and that is why I have struggled to get the opportunity to do something about it,” he said.
