Ghanaian legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampah says as a married woman it is wrong to have male friends.

Speaking on the United Showbiz show, he mentioned that even if a woman has male friends prior to marriage, after the marriage she must cut ties with such people and make her husband her only male friend.
Detailing why he says married women should not have male friends he noted that if a woman keeps about 10 male friends at least one of them will propose to her.
He expressed that men usually make friends with some women with their own motives and one of the m may be to have an affair with her.
He added that only single ladies can be allowed to have male friends.
