Veteran Radio Personality has sadly passed away in Tamale on April,7th on Thursday evening.

Alhaji Rashid Bawah, is a pioneer for Dagbani local movies in the Northern Region,he was also known for his massive contribution to the growth and success of the radio and movie industry.Alhaji Rashid Bawah began his radio career at GBC radio Savannah in Tamale, as the host of a popular local radio program,which made waves.He was also a movie director and also a producer for a number of local movies in the Northern Region.Until now, he was the Director of Programs for Dagbon radio, which is a local radio station in Tamale.

His death is indeed as a big lose to the radio and movie industry.
