Sensational Ghanaian social media activist, Twene Jonas has called out multiple award winning rapper, Sarkodie and described him as a hypocrite who side with the ruling New Patriotic Party at all times.
Many Ghanaians have said that Sarkodie’s affiliation to the party has always made it hard for him to criticize the government even when it is going the wrong direction.
He stated that Sarkodie is in bed with the ruling government following a comment the rapper made concerning the E-Levy being a good call but Ghanaians are unwilling to pay because the taxes are not being used well.
Sarkodie who supports the E-Levy stated that many Ghanaians are not in support of the levy because they haven’t experience the advantages taxes bring.
Twene Jonas who fired Sarkodie stated that the rapper has an interest in the party rather than the country.
Twene Jonas feels Sarkodie can’t criticize the party because of his affiliation to the party.
