Th Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahammadu Bawumia has said that the world is gradually moving away from school certificates to skills.
According to him globally there has been a strong demand for skills over just school certificates.
The Vice President went on to say that a country’s growth depends on it’s human resources.
“Today, in the world, we are seeing a movement away from a world of certificate to a world of skills. The certificate only matters fundamentally in this new world if they allow you to perform certain skills or you bring certain skills with it.”
