A 14-year-old girl has been impregnated by three teachers at Twifo Hansogye in the Central Region of Ghana.
According to Okay FM, the family of the 14-year-old girl confronted her when they found out she was carrying a baby.
After the confrontation she opened up that three of her teachers in School slept with her and therefore are responsible for her pregnancy.
The family then reported the case to the Palace and the teachers were summoned and interrogated after which they confessed to having an affair with the young girl.
As part of their punishment they were asked to pay GHS5,000 each and also contribute an amount of GHS 100 monthly until the girl puts to bed.
The ruling by the chief of the town didn’t sit well with some youth in the area hence registering their displeasure through protest.
